Hekato Yepthomi

Hekato Yepthomi is the Co-Founder of the Alashi Foundation, established alongside his wife, Amentoli Zhimomi. The foundation was born out of their personal journey following the birth of their fourth daughter, who was diagnosed with Down Syndrome. Motivated by this experience, they envisioned a platform that fosters understanding, builds meaningful relationships, and connects families blessed with children with Down syndrome, offering them support and community.

Hekato completed his early schooling in Dimapur and pursued higher education at Patkai Christian College. He further advanced his academic journey at the University of Delhi.

Professionally, he serves as the Managing Director of M/s. May Construction & Builders, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he plays a key role in the Alashi Foundation as the Director of Operations and Programs, contributing actively to its mission and outreach.

Hekato is also deeply engaged in church and social initiatives, reflecting his commitment to community development and service.
